Choosing Fingerprint
When you chose to develop your website with Fingerprint you can be assured that we will begin the process to develop your website straight away! Following on from our initial conversation, we will provide a brief of designs for you to choose from that will serve as the overall theme for your website. This will include design principles including colours, fonts, layout and usage.
Timeframes
You can expect to have a published website within a maximum of two weeks from when you sign up with Fingerprint. However, there will be some obligations that you'll need to meet.
Getting Started
At the outset we will provide you with a brief of designs for you to choose from and tailor that will serve as the theme for your website. During this stage we will also provide a layout for your pages.
Copy / Text
At this stage we will require from you the copy, or the text that is required for each page. We will be able to assist you in editing your copy ensuring that it is SEO friendly and suitable for your website.
Images
Along with the copy that you provide us will be accompanying images for each page. These images may be images of yourself, they may be images of your team or your business, or they might be images to be used in a gallery. Once received we can prepare your images for your webpages.
Review
A first draft will be provided to you for your perusal and review. At this stage you will be able to make minor changes to the layout, copy and imagery to be included on your website.
Completion
With your final approval your website will be published and will be available on the internet. From this point we are there to support you with maintenance issues for 12 months.
WordPress Tutorial
Finally once your website has been published and is now live, we will arrange a time with you for a WordPress tutorial. Naturally, you'll need to know how to manage and make updates to your website.
